Call Anxiety

Have you ever experienced call anxiety, it’s when you feel like you are choking up, have shaky hands and just cannot muster up the courage to make the call.





Well, these 3 tips can help with that:


1) Create a script with what you want to say - this will help you to stay on track and get to the point


2) Practice, even in front of the mirror - you know what they say, "Practise makes perfect", this will help you gain a little bit more confidence in what you are saying


3) Be prepared for anything, ask a friend or colleague to do some role-playing with you


I’ve had to make some scary phone calls with big-shot CEOs and the above really helped me to be calmer and prepared for my necessary phone call.
