How Howling Media handles what you share through this site. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Howling Media (Pty) Ltd, registration 2020/257291/07, is the responsible party. Address: Century City, Cape Town, Western Cape (street address on request). The information officer is Jo-Ash Rajcoomar: jo@howlingmedia.co.za, 073 991 0729.

What is collected

What you type into the contact form: your name, email, company, what you sell, whether you have run ads before and anything else you add. If you book a call, Google's booking page takes your name and email under Google's own privacy policy.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record your visit: the pages you see, your device and browser, your rough location, how you arrived, and whether you click to book a call, email or WhatsApp.

Why

Your form details are used only to reply to you and arrange a call. Visit data counts visits and shows which ads bring people to the site, so Howling Media can improve its ads.

Who else receives it

Web3Forms carries the form to a Howling Media email account on Google Workspace. Google receives the analytics and booking data, and Meta receives the Pixel data. These services may store data outside South Africa, in countries whose privacy laws may differ from ours, and each applies its own privacy policy.

Your choice

Filling in the form is voluntary, but without a name and an email Howling Media cannot reply. You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on, and limit what Meta uses in your Facebook ad settings.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation, and any work that follows, needs them. Google Analytics keeps visit data for 14 months. Meta keeps Pixel data under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use, by emailing jo@howlingmedia.co.za. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator: POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za, 010 023 5200, inforegulator.org.za.
